Nature’s Sunshine, a Utah-based manufacturer and marketer of dietary supplements and personal care products since 1972, recently undertook a significant cloud migration project. With the goal of optimizing costs, enhancing security, achieving greater operational efficiency, and reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Nature’s Sunshine sought to move its on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
Facing a Complex Migration with an Experienced Partner

Vigilant successfully managed the complex lift-and-reshape migration process in a remarkably short time, transferring several terabytes of data from the on-premise data center to OCI. The migration also included replicating non-cloneable Oracle environments without the need for reinstallation, configurations, or extensive testing.
Significant Performance Boost, Enhanced Security, and 30% Cost Savings Realized Post-Migration
The business impact of this migration was substantial. Nature’s Sunshine experienced high-performance outcomes, improved operational efficiency, reduced risk and testing times, enhanced security and compliance, and better hybrid cloud configuration support.
