Yes. We have four customizable Oracle Fusion Cloud agents live today: an AP Period Close Readiness Assistant, an AP Reconciliation Agent, a Journal Anomaly Detection Agent, and a Warehouse Operations Assistant. Each was built for a specific finance or operations process and can be configured to your chart of accounts, approval rules, and business logic. We also build custom agents for processes unique to your organization, and we support Oracle E-Business Suite environments as well as Fusion.

Oracle’s embedded AI and AI Agent Studio are strong starting points, and we help clients adopt both. The gap we fill is everything around them: deciding which processes are worth automating, connecting agents to systems outside Fusion, handling the exceptions and approval logic specific to your business, and supporting the result after go-live. Oracle gives you the platform. We determine what to build on it and whether your data and processes are ready to support it.

The assessment covers five areas: AI strategy, business process opportunity, data readiness, technology and automation, and workforce and governance. We work alongside your team — this is not a survey. You receive a roadmap of prioritized use cases with estimated business value, implementation complexity, governance requirements, and readiness gaps for each.
