Vigilant upgraded E-Business Suite to EBS R12.13 for Canada’s largest pension trust. The project involved re-implementing various modules after the upgrade and migrate all financial information from the old ledger to the new one, while ensuring continuity of information. Key modules involved were Accounts Payable, Internet Expenses, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Cash Management. Also converting information from Excel to Oracle Assets. The benefits included new and enhanced business processes, detailed financial reporting and a refresh of technology and hardware.
